Had a phone screen with a recruiter, a week later had an interview with two department heads. Got an offer 2 hours after the interview. Relaxed process and low-stress interview environment, felt like a conversation rather than an interrogation. None of the questions were very difficult, just standard interview questions. They were also very up-front about the offerings of the program and didn't try to hide any details like some other places do.
