I had a phone screen by the Director in which she asked me about my experience and then she set up an In-person interview. The one on one interview consisted of the Director giving me examples of situations that occur on the job and she asked me how I would respond to them. Some of the questions were safety questions (What would you do if you arrived to a family's home and there were a group of people outside fighting?). If you don't know how to correctly answer it, your best bet is to say you would speak with your Supervisor and debrief the situation.
