Wesley Family Services Program Manager interview questions

The interview was a joke, Director who conducted the interview was dressed very unprofessional, did not give clear information about the program or job responsibilities. The Director was difficult to work with, no people skills, micr-manage staff, does not give clear expectations, and causes a lot of confusion amongst staff.
