First round was a 30 minute phone call. I was then invited to their office in Chicago for a behavioral interview, a case interview, and a technical interview. I was also given a tour of their office and had lunch with some of the people that'd I'd work with if I were offered the position.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at West Monroe (New York, NY) in Feb 2025
Interview
Had to do two short Hireview videos for the first round.
For the second round I did one case, one behavioral, and one skills. (each 45 min) Three different interviewers as well.
It was a multitask process with many steps and a lot of questions. Part of it was behavioral. Part of it was case study. Overall was fun and a challenge.
