I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at West Monroe in Oct 2011
Interview
Started with an on campus pre-night, followed by first round interview on campus. Relatively simple behavioral questions. Asked back for an office visit, which consisted of 2 behavioral interviews about 30 minutes each and a case interview along with a few presentations. The case interview was not too numbers based, more strategic.
Applied online. Then a hirevue to superday online, superday was three interviews in a row, one case one behavioral and one skills assessment. Got the call a few days later extending an offer.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at West Monroe (New York, NY) in Feb 2025
Interview
Had to do two short Hireview videos for the first round.
For the second round I did one case, one behavioral, and one skills. (each 45 min) Three different interviewers as well.
It was a multitask process with many steps and a lot of questions. Part of it was behavioral. Part of it was case study. Overall was fun and a challenge.
