I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at West Monroe (Bloomington, IN) in Sep 2017
Interview
First round interview at Indiana University. Half case interview half behavior. Very nice and welcoming, the interview was more of a conversation than a formal interview. Asked a lot of questions about conflicts and problems I've encountered and how I dealt with them. Case interview was about a merger and acquisition case and asked to do a breakeven analysis.

Applied online. Then a hirevue to superday online, superday was three interviews in a row, one case one behavioral and one skills assessment. Got the call a few days later extending an offer.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at West Monroe (New York, NY) in Feb 2025
Interview
Had to do two short Hireview videos for the first round.
For the second round I did one case, one behavioral, and one skills. (each 45 min) Three different interviewers as well.
It was a multitask process with many steps and a lot of questions. Part of it was behavioral. Part of it was case study. Overall was fun and a challenge.
