I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at West Monroe (Seattle, WA) in Oct 2015
Interview
Met West Monroe at a campus career fair and, after sharing my information with the rep, was invited for an on-campus interview. The first day was behavioral and the second interview (offer contingent upon the performance in the first) was a case interview. The first rep convinced me to apply for a Mergers & Acquisition position rather than Operations Excellence, which might have influence the outcome to the interviews.

Question 1
Recommend how a technology company should upgrade their data storage capabilities (case)
First round was HireVue, then responded 2-3 weeks later inviting to final round. Final round had a case study, and 2 different behavioral interviews before the case study. Case study not impossible, but not easy.

Question 1
Walk me through your resume and how it fits the responsibilities of this position.
Three round - skills, behavioral, case. Very succinct and straight forward. No trick questions, reasonable interviewers who are friendly. Would recommend firm for new grads, seems like there’s hands on project experience
3 parts - behavioral, skills and case. each section is led by a different interviewer. case interview is the most difficult but seemed pretty straightforward. skills interview is only for technical practices - otherwise its essentially a second behavioral interview
