Interview
After an initial video interview, you'll be scheduled for three rounds of interviews with WM employees. The interview process consists of a behavioral, technical, and case interview. Their case interviews are not as difficult as other firms — it seems that they look for business competence over quick calculation skills, though both are important to practice beforehand. Interviewers were very kind and we got along well.

Interview

Back to back to back interviews was definitely an interesting process, though I understand doing it all at once for time sake. Those looking to intern here, definitely prepare for a long interview
