Interview
I handed in an application packet, initially. I returned 3 Fridays in a row to see when they would be hiring. The 3rd week, I was told that I might hear something back in two weeks. Instead, I heard back the same week. The interview consisted of myself, along with one HR personnel and one supervisor. After the supervisor finished talking with me, he left the room. This is when the HR person told me, in confidence, that I looked too nice for the job they were hiring for and that this concerned her. Keeping this in mind, I was able to express to the head of HR how badly I wanted the job and she offered it to me anyways.

Was hired on as a temp. They give you testing to see if you can do math, measure, problem solve, drug test you, interview you, ask for strengths and weaknesses
