West Pharmaceutical Services Production Operator interview questions

They have someone call and give details about the position over the phone then they will schedule you for an in person interview. Mine was with a supervisor who showed me around and was very pleasant. Then they sent the offer letter and ask you to do a drug screen and background check before start date.

The interview was on zoom and it was approximately fifteen minutes long. It was very straightforward and simple. Interviewers did not ask too many difficult questions. There was the hiring manager and the recruiter taking the interview.
