Fairly standard interview, once you apply a recruiter reaches out typically within 48 hours to ask the basic introductory questions (why you chose that company/role, salary expectations, etc.). There were two personality/competency tests sent to be completed before an in-person interview would be scheduled. Flash forward to the in-person interview, I had a one-on-one with who I assumed to be the person I would be reporting to if I got hired. Again, standard interview questions that can be easily answered with the STAR method. Interviewer was very thorough and answered most of my prepared questions throughout the duration of the interview. Overall, the interview lasted about 40-45 minutes.
