Twice was contacted by the HR recruiter without having applied. First time the salary was too low, then the second time was interviewed by a COO. I was very disappointed by the COO whose accent was very hard to understand- first, he was asking questions that I would expect for a lower level position, and second, he seemed to play "guess the answer" when asking about KPIs. This company reposted the job, so I hope this time the recruiter remembers me enough to not reach out to me again. Waste of my time.
