I applied for the position online. Within a couple of weeks, a human resources representative contacted me by phone to schedule an interview. The interview was completed in a small conference room. I had expected a one on one interview, but it was actually a group of people who interview me. The group consisted of a human resources representative and several of the people I would be working with.
