Three interviews that ask how you would handle various situations as an RA. Two group interviews and one individual interview. Group interviews ask you to collaborate with other applicants to create a floor meeting or discuss various situations. Individual interviews ask about prior experiences.
The interview process was very detailed and concise. They encouraged participants to ask them questions or concerns the had about the job. They had a welcoming environment and there were briefing sessions people needed to attend prior to interviews to get a better understanding of the position ahead of time.

The process feels intense and intimidating, but it really does provide a good feel for what the job will be, and the interviewers have all been through the same process and seek to make it as comfortable as possible.
