Interview
You go in for the interview, they call you 5 months later to offer you the job. By that time, so much has changed that you do not get the salary you requested, you find out part of your already reduced salary will be paid in company stocks instead of cash. Once you accept the job, you find out you will not be doing what the job description entailed at the interview and that you will not be getting the additional training/certifications that you were promised at the interview.
