Interview
Met with the department managers to discuss the position. Discussed expectations and responsibilities. Met with HR and discussed the benefits. Met with the supervisors as well. It was a very relaxed environment and the questions weren't out of the ordinary.
There were 4 rounds of interviews with various members of the research team that asked about my experience that was relevant to the role. The first interview with with the HR representative and the rest of the interviews were with 1 or 2 members of the research team.

Typically 3-4 calls, 15-45 minutes each. HR screening, hiring manager, panel of 2-3 people in peer roles, sometimes upper management. Questions aimed assessing your experience and thought process. Generally pretty straightforward, nothing tricky.
