I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Westat (Rockville, MD) in Aug 2014
Interview
Took quite a bit of time. I was called in for a face-to-face interview and was offered the job about 4 weeks later. It was about 2 months total from interview to first day of work. The HR recruiter was very good about keeping contact with me and was available for questions. I met with both my task lead and the project director during my interview.
