Contacted by a recruiter for a phone screen about 8 days after applying. Spoke with recruiter 4 days after scheduling phone screen. Had first round interview with VP of group associated with the position 11 days after the phone screen. Conducted second round interview with hiring managers (panel of 2) two weeks later. Followed up with recruiter a week and a half after second round interview with no response. Confirmation that I was not selected was listed on the company careers website nearly a month after the second round interview. No standard "not selected" email, no reply from recruiter. For such a reputable company, this is a bad way to do business.
