I interviewed twice. The first interview was a simple process with basic interview questions. The second was with a higher member of management. Making sure I was comfortable with various situations, as the interview locations varied by assignment.

Question 1
The interview panel asked about my interactions with clients, face to face. They asked me to explain how I would handle intense situations with new customers and if I was comfortable going to client's homes to administer the interview in person.
Interviewed in a group setting with about 4-5 current employees in different leadership roles. Straightforward process. They were all willing to answer questions and provide input from their unique perspectives. Interview done virtually due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Overall, there was a comfortable atmosphere.
