Asked general employment questions and no suprises.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Westcoast Ltd.
Interview
Simple process, very easy going people who seemed nice. The recruiter did was not great at scheduling calls so it took a while. The first interview was a screening. The second was a Teams call with the hiring Manager. The final interview was a Panel Interview with three managers.
Basic competency questions. Example, "tell me about a time when you worked well as a team" etc. Talk about your current work experience. Questions for the company. Info on roll.
