HR screening process over the phone- good - moved to next steps- responded to email quickly moved to hiring manager next week. I met with the hiring manager, and the interview went well. The hiring manager said they would get back to you for another interview next week. Next week comes along, and you don’t hear anything. I followed up, thanking them for their time, and asked for a follow-up. No response got ghosted. Bad hiring process. Companies that ghost are very unprofessional
