Phone call from recruiter to schedule an orientation time for you. Then schedule a bus ticket to get you there. Then shuttle you back and forth from a motel room to a trailer to sit and listen to them talk at you for 3 days. Then if not qualified seated with a trainer for 4 weeks in which your only paid $54/day for playing on a cell phone!!

I was hired instantly. Didn't really need much other than a physical and drug screen upon being hired. The orientation process was simple and easy, but could be more thorough.
