SLOW and dated process. Application process is ancient, difficult to do online. Waited more than 6 weeks to get a call for an interview (other positions applied for heard nothing until receiving a 'not hired' letter sometimes 4-5 months after applying). Interview by committee was so-so, generic questions, generic process. Follow-up is terrible - you don't hear anything for weeks or months unless you call and then are given a generic response such as 'we are still interviewing" "waiting on funding" or something like that.
