Interview
Consists of two days of interviews. Day one is a group interview of three different tasks that answer questions physically and in groups. Day two consists of three, three on one interviews. The interviewers consist of hall directors, graduate assistants and current resident assistants. Each group asks the different questions but some questions are the same so try to remain consistent. Ask questions about the job it really makes the interviewers more interested in you.

Interview
Was divided into two interviews, a group interview and individual. The group interview/s were activity based and you worked alongside 6-7 other candidates. The activities ranged from solving puzzles to "designing the perfect residence hall".
The individual interviews were all conducted in the same room. Best way to describe it is it was very similar to speed dating except instead of talking to one person you talk to 3-4 people.
