All hiring process from my first call, till the day I signed the documents took three days. Since I was interested in a specific department of the company and at the moment were last year full-time student, I have started my path to the company with a call. I were interested if the company has an open part time position in desired department and after learning that they does not, I offered myself as a possible intern, since at that moment it was an one and only way to get into desired department. After they accepted to review my CV and my future supervisor studied accepted my competence, I got a second call, they asked me about my expectations and challenged me to show my foreign language proficiency. As my performance met expectations I got an invitation to the third and last interview, which was directly held by my future supervisor. During this interview she not only asked about my background, expectations and position towards the company she also introduced me to the future position, and possible challenges. The same evening, couple of hours passed after the interview I got a call inviting to join the company. Now I'm a part of an amazing WU family and I couldn't be happier.
