Went through 2 rounds. First round was meeting with the recruiter - very informational call. Second round, I met with the Lead Sourcer who, at the end of the interview, said how much she loved my background and speaking with me. She let me know she wanted to move me to the next round and I will be hearing back by end of the week. Three weeks and multiple follow ups later, I get an auto rejection email.
