I applied online and it took me a couple of hours to write a cover letter and submit answers to their questionnaire. I didn’t actually get an interview since after the opportunity closed, I called 2 days later and found out they already filled the position? I felt like I just wasted my time applying for a job that they clearly already had someone in mind for. Don’t waste your time applying for this organization! Why have a closing date if you’re not going to consider applicants that apply before that deadline? Seems they only hire internally people that either went to school at WWU or are already employed.
