Interview
It was a two on one interview with two Residence life superiors. (It has now changed with an initial group interview with other candidates and then a 1:1 interview). It had some very tough questions and you don't hear back until at least a month later. It's harder for women who are applying since they get so many female RAs applying and they can't have female RAs in the all-male residence halls.

What are some of your experiences encouraging diversity in the workplace?
A mixture of traditional interview questions and mock interactions with Residents. Lot of interviewees so it can be a bit competitive, but there are a lot of residence halls so they do need a lot of peoplw.
