First online with a team, then in person with a team. Preliminary interview: questions the same for every therapist interviewed. Secondary interview: sit in on department team meeting where you are the subject and the whole team can ask anything they would like. Then a one on one with clinical director - was fairly relaxed. Then a team interview with another set of set questions with the hiring committee made up of people who would be your peers. Then a campus tour and lunch with the hiring team at a campus cafeteria (decent food!). Friendly people and a great team atmosphere; would have absolutely taken the job if it had been offered to me.
