Western Washington University Project Manager interview questions

The first round included 7 heads of different departments on zoom. It was hard to keep track of who I was winning over and who I was loosing in the video call. If the interview had been in person, it would have been a lot easier to read people's body language,

The interview process was a basic search committee/panel structure found at most government agencies. It consisted of a phone pre-screen with some members of the panel followed by an in-person onsite interview with the full panel.
