The interview process is designed to explore the career while the hiring manager has time to observe the applicant. Looking for the willingness to career sample the field to see if might be a good fit for the applicant. Initial computer assessment, background check, live interviews, career sampling, licensing for insurance.

Interview
The interview process is fairly straight forward, assessment, app, background check. All of my questions regarding job details, recruiting, leads were answered. The interview was laid back not intense. The explanation of commission structure can get cloudy if you don't ask enough questions so be sure to ask until you feel comfortable with the answer.
