The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Western & Southern Life (Cincinnati, OH) in Jan 2010
Interview
I was recruited through an email from a resume I posted online. The recruiter said that they were looking for sales managers so I followed the instructions laid out in the email. A local manager contacted me the next day to set up an interview.
She was 15 minutes late to the interview (and I was taking time away from my current job) and spent an hour pitching Western & Southern - focusing a LOT on the monetary compensation. About 3/4 of the way through her pitch, I had to stop her and tell her that we needed to hurry this up because I had other things to do.
Needless to say, it was not the job for me - I don't want to be "sold" on a sales job.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Western & Southern Life in Nov 2019
Interview
The interview process was three rounds long. The first rounds was a screening call. The second round was a call with two members from the team. The third round was a group panel meeting.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Western & Southern Life (Skokie, IL) in Jan 2019
Interview
Contacted by recruiter through an email on job board. It was a few days later after showing interest. The lady was very friendly great temperature on the phone. I had not heard of this company but she explained the job well enough. I was emailed an application link that was said to take 25 minutes but it was more like 45. Very long application. Next day I was told what to fill out more stuff and who the area manager was and would contact me. I never heard from manager only received email of not moving on with me something like 2 weeks later. Things got off to a great start, just wish for the chance to learn more and interview with the area manager. Still do not know why the rejection.

Interview
Brief and to the point. Not very long, just wanted to see if I had a good natural market. Must have 200 names before starting. They will accept just about anyone as long as you are willing to go out of your comfort zone
