Interview
Invited to meet Agency Manager who runs the local office and who's job is mainly recruiting.
Other meetings will occur as needed to meet Staff Manager, observe office, or to receive offer.
Need to have insurance licenses in place before starting.
Need to take computer tests that emphasize detecting your ethical principles.
Need to have a drug test.
Need to complete a list of people you know.
With the help Staff Manager, who would become your supervisor, need to get several prospects to complete survey cards, and conduct an initial appointment with a few of them.
Taboo still reigns in this company regardless whether stated. You must not be a smoker. You must dress professionally. Once in the job, once a Staff Manager was criticized for not wearing black dress shoes. Historically, the standard uniform resembled "Men in Black" suit, tie, white shirt, black shoes.

Interview
I got cold called a day after applying, got directed to fill out a logic quiz, then they never responded, not even to reject my application. Despite being a university graduate, the interviewer had lots of questions about what I did in high school.
Easy and really informative very straight forward but also long. They also kind of sell you a fake dream though and are not straight forward on salary. It is an okay interview process but again difficult and not really straight forward.

I liked it. Very smooth and they were very clear about what is expected of you. They told me that it was very demanding and wasn’t going to be easy. From the gate, it’s selling selling selling.
