It never even happened! After applying at the end of November, I received a phone call on a Monday in January asking if I was still interested in the position and if I was available for a phone interview. I said yes and it was scheduled for two days later, Wednesday at 11. After coordinating the time with my current company, prepping notes and questions, and everything else- they NEVER called. I waited 10 minutes, sent an email back to the person I coordinated with to say I was still available until a certain time or could reschedule if something came up. I never heard back anything. At all. Straight up ghosted. Absolutely unprofessional and a huge red flag for that company.
