I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Westinghouse (Cranberry, PA)
Interview
The process was extremely long. The time it took to get a phone screen scheduled, then an in-person interview was months. The interview process itself is pretty easy. They ask all situational questions so you just have to be prepared with examples. The manager seemed nice but the questions were not technical in nature at all.

Question 1
They back you into a corner with one question about someone you've worked with that you didn't agree with their values. It was a bit awkward and hard to think of an example.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Westinghouse
Interview
I was reached out to by a recruiter and was set up quite quickly for a panel interview with the hiring managers. During the interview, I asked a question about a specific line within the job description, wanting more clarification. They were confused and dismissed me by saying they didn't even know it was in there and it must have been a copy/paste. I never heard back, despite multiple months of follow up. Completely ghosted.

What did you do during a difficult moment where you championed both sides of a disagreement?
clear, online video invterview, was asked to answer few questions regarding aptitude assesment. clear and easy to navigate but hard to show full potential, hope it would be a one to one person interview
I applied online. I interviewed at Westinghouse (Pittsburgh, PA) in Oct 2024
Interview
I think Westinghouse posts ghost jobs. They have a plethora of them listed and I've seen them posted again and again. Seriously, are you not filling these roles? I got a zoom interview, and was told that someone would be reaching out to me, but ZERO follow up, just ghosted. Utterly inconsiderate and unprofessional.
