The interview process is very simple and easy . Mostly personality questions and giving examples of great customer service. It was a great experience working there. Definitely should apply if you’ve been thinking about it.

Anyone can get the job, just show up and be punctual and dress appropriately. Interview was in person at and the lady was very nice and made me comfortable. It was quick in and out and wanted to just make sure I was who I said I was, the benefits are not worth it and work is way too much compared to other companies

It was a chat bot. At some point I spoke with a guy that was reading from a script. Then I interviewed a manager got the job. Then wasn’t properly informed on how to attend training. The recruiter should add that to his script.
