I applied online, got an in person interview. While I was seated in a waiting area, I could hear a very confrontational argument in the office next to me. I could tell someone was getting scolded rather than coached, so not a great first impression. I was interviewed by the current recruiting team (panel of three), then separately by someone in upper management. She gave me a tour. Three days later, I received a call with an offer of $30K, non-negotiable. I refused, as that won't even make LA rent. Prior to the interview, I had consented to a background check, which they still did after I refused the offer.
