My answer now would probably be different now. At that time, my one liner was to be a part of a team that worked well together and was open with their employees to help them grow in the business. Today, I would probably add that I wanted to know I, as a part time employee, would be able to count on working at least 15 hours a week, and that I would definitely expect more pay being in a boutique setting where you really work hard one on one with people, other than a department store setting.
