This has always been a difficult question to answer. If you say management, it could appear you are only using the job as a stepping stone and won't be a long term solution (if that's what they require). On the otherhand, if you say something like "I'd like to keep my current role as I continue to work on the application." You may not look ambitious enough for the job. There is a fine line on what you should say, and generally it needs to be felt out in the interview process on the better response.
