My response to this question would be focused on the strengths that I have as it pertains to the position. Talk about your abilities, your passions and your goals but only as they pertain to the position. I don't believe they are looking for the generic, "I'm a hard worker, I'm a team player, I'm punctual, etc. Those things are already assumed of you so spend your time shining and separating yourself from the others that will simple give a generic response.
