Interview
First I had a phone interview with a woman from HR in the HQ office in Charlotte. I was then asked to go to Reston, for four 1:1 interviews a week later. A couple of days later I was asked to go down and give a presentation then interview with a couple more people that were higher up in the Reston office. I then had two separate phone interviews after that with the head in Reston and the direction of recruiting in the Charlotte office. Long, drawn out process.
First round is with HR, then there is an online personality test, then the final round interview was an onsite with the office managers it was about 1 and a half hours long

Interview
Was emailed very quickly after applying on ZipRecruiter for the recruiter position. The initial phone screen was easy and informational, asked a few questions about background. We set up the second interview (virtual) to meet with the branch hiring manager. She was late to the interview, and right off the bat seemed very distract and not engaged. I had prepared for hours for this interview, only to have her ask 3 questions and end the interview after 15 minutes. From the beginning she didn't seem engaged or interested to be speaking with me. This was by far one of the worst interview experiences I've had.
