I provided things that maybe considered weakness at the moment based on my current role but does not effect the role im applying to along with a plan of action how to better myself or what i did to better myself. Such as persistent; meaning I dig and dig until I get an answer I want to figure it out so bad, however, I've learn to throw my hands up after due diligence and seek additional assistance
