I said that I'm very direct; I prefer to be honest and straight-forward, but I realize that sometimes diplomacy is needed when handling clients and co-workers, and it is something that I'm both aware of and working on. Second, I said that sometimes I take on way too much, because I don't like to tell people no. I've learned that I need to rely on my team to help me out in those moments, to keep from getting overwhelmed.
