Very easy. Easy interview process if you're prepared. Research and apply the STAR technique, and you'll ace the interview. Definitely ask them questions back, too. They loved it when I asked them things like: *What's the biggest challenge you're facing right now at work; what keeps you up at night? *Why do you like working here? There is a basic HTML and logic test. Very, very basic. You don't need to know SQL to handle the logic test (nor is it needed in your job, at all). The logic test comes with instructions on how to write the database logic. You can do a refresher course over the weekend at codeacademy and you'll know everything you need to know to pass the tests.
