On time to me means that I show up to my shift with the correct uniform on and the correct materials needed for my shift at least 15 minutes early. I will enter the work place 15 minutes early to ensure I have time to put my stuff down, do rounds of the facility, hear if the previous shift has any important notes to give me before they leave, and get my work space organized so I can have a smooth and coordinated work day as soon as my shift starts
