The interview process was very helpful and encouraged me to work at EOS even more. I had an interview the week before I was sent my on hiring papers and the manager was able to answer all of my questions and explained to me how every team member has a special job and needs to bring a certain attitude and specialty to the work place. I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at EoS Fitness (Las Vegas, NV) in Jan 2025
Interview
The interview was professional, clearly communicated, and helpful. It began with a quick fill-out sheet that required a survey of the gym and asking a few members questions if they were willing to answer them. The first interview with the Operations Manager was insightful, and the second interview with a General/Fitness Manager was a positive experience. They communicate clearly and are very sophisticated as a well-maintained establishment.
