I spoke a specific lesson and about the structure of most of my lessons: activating/building prior knowledge with a warm-up most students can be successful in completing, explicitly modeling/setting expectations for lesson objectives, letting students practice independently in at least two or three differentiated ways (ensuring part of the lesson includes moving around), and reviewing in whole group and/or while actively monitoring activities.
