You will have to do role play, so prepare a holiday sale situation. Write down questions you would need to ask such as, when, how many people, what kind of holiday etc. be friendly, personable etc. you will also sit a test. It is an example scenario with a question booklet, mostly maths, ie working out airfare prices, refunds so brush up on your basic maths (percentage calculation etc) and then a geography one. Nothing tricky, to be honest if you want a job in travel you will easily know these answers. Not sure about late afternoon, I didn't complete the maths booklet as I misread the case study and had to redo all the maths so didn't go through to the afternoon.
