Rather than keeping it high-level, the MD interviewer was looking for a complete dissection of how a project manager would manage a project and every artifact that might be produced, from the pitch deck, MSA and SOW, in the beginning, to every type of project delivery document (e.g. RACI, Process Map, interview list, suggested frameworks, customer experience journey map, etc.), and ultimately how these contribute to project delivery.
