3 interviews with principals and partners. No hard questions - just about personality/cultural fit. Of course these questions are all b.s. because no one is the culture - they all just pretend to be just victims of it. I never wore a tie to an interview only to learn on my first day that they have a ridiculous dress code to wear a suit and tie everyday like it's 1950.
